Spring is blooming. The New Zealand Alpine Garden Society, South Island Daffodil Society and the Combined Canterbury Floral Art Groups have joined forces to produce this extravaganza!

Highlights

Keynote Address  - Julia Atkinson-Dunn

Julia Atkinson-Dunn shares the story of her pathway to gardening, from zero interest to life and work entirely inspired by what she has grown in her own backyard. She is an entertaining speaker who talks with enthusiasm about her former life in the snow and design industries before uncovering new surprising opportunities by embarking on a personal gardening adventure in her urban Christchurch garden. In just five years she has published two books, writes a regular gardening column for Stuff and has formed an art practice entirely informed by the floral world she has discovered.

Book your seat on Eventbrite $10 now.

Check out other workshops, demonstrations and lectures at the Expo.

Win passes to Broadfield Garden
50 lucky attendees at the Botanical Expo will win a double pass to visit the exquisitely designed and maintained Broadfield Garden.

Situated only a few minutes drive from Lincoln it will be easy for the lucky winners to tie their visit in with their trip to the Botanical Expo.  The native border features only endogenous plants and is a masterful lesson in what can be achieved with clever combinations of foliage, textures and colors.  This does not detract from the other amazing features including the canal, sedge pond, viewing mound, rose gardens, oval garden and many more inspiring features.  One of New Zealand's best privately owned gardens and worth a visit for everyone in the area.
